More On Self Love Wellness

Wellness in self love is important, be open to  change, be open to allowing yourself to blossom, That is the first step. Be gentle with your journey . No one changes overnight, no one is perfect. It will be a struggle but your can  do it. Speak kindly to yourself. Look in the mirror and say nice things about yourself. Learn to have compassion for yourself and for your mistakes. Everyone makes them. Ask for what you really want and don’t be afraid to believe that you are worthy of it. You are worthy.

Don’t be afraid to be alone, and don’t be afraid to like it. Love yourself  Completely and Unconditionally. Even if you fuck up, even when you don’t look your best or  feel your best, and do nice things for your self every single day.

Tell your self the you believe in yourself, and acknowledge your own self worth. Tell yourself you’re proud of what you’ve accomplished.  Tell yourself you will not have fear.  When you love yourself more then things simply become lighter and easier.
